she had a biology test on the same day and being that she is a bio major she felt it would be to her interest to put more emphasis on the bio test because she is only taking calc as an advanced elective credit which would not effect her major gpa

Y’all. Tornadoes are no joke. If you live somewhere where they don’t happen, be thankful. A chunk of the fatalities are little kids who were huddled in the hallways of their schools trying to take cover. This tornado was too big. If you were above ground, your chances were not good. So after the exam is done, the kids in my class are in groups of two or three making up there own labs that work for next years curriculum. I come into class and check my Becker of nitric acid and calcium carbonate only to see it has turned orange. I look to my partner and we both start freaking out. Turns out we made HNO3 some how and we had to put it into the hood. Yay for not dying!

My AP Biology class is having an Iron Chef cook-off with the AP Chemistry class across the hall next Wednesday. We’re meeting tomorrow to set up the rules.
